Terms of Service

These terms apply to all services provided by Sun City Scoopers ("we," "us") in El Paso, Texas and surrounding areas. By signing up for service, you agree to these terms.
Service schedule
Recurring service happens on your assigned service day. We don't offer specific arrival times, but we'll text you before we arrive and when we're done. Your service day may shift for holidays, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our control. When that happens, we'll let you know and reschedule as soon as possible.
Initial cleanup
If your yard hasn't been cleaned in a while, the first visit may take longer and may be priced separately from your regular service. We'll tell you the cost before we start.
Yard access
You agree to give us access to your yard on your service day. If we can't complete a visit because a gate is locked, a dog is outside that isn't safe to work around, or something else blocks access, that visit may be charged as completed.
Your pets
Friendly dogs can stay outside during visits. If your dog has ever shown aggression, please keep them inside on your service day. We may skip a visit, or end service, if we don't feel safe entering the yard.
Gates
We close every gate we open. We're not responsible for gates left open by others, broken latches, gaps in fences, or pets that get out through them. Please let us know about any gate or fence issues before your first visit.
Waste disposal
We bag all waste and place it in your trash bin. Please make sure a bin is available and accessible on your service day.
Deodorizer and turf products
The products we use are pet-safe once dry. We recommend keeping pets and children off treated areas until they dry.
Billing and payments
Service is billed through our customer portal. If a payment fails, we'll reach out to you. Service may be paused until the balance is paid. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice before any price change.
Pausing and canceling
There are no contracts. You can pause or cancel anytime. Please let us know before your next scheduled visit. Visits already completed are not refundable.
Satisfaction guarantee
If you're not happy with a visit, contact us within 24 hours and we'll come back and make it right at no extra charge.
Referral credits
Referral credits are applied to your account once the person you referred signs up and completes their first paid visit. Credits have no cash value.
Liability
Please tell us about any hazards in your yard, like hidden sprinkler heads, holes, or fragile items. We're not responsible for pre-existing damage or for damage to items left in the yard that we weren't told about.
Photos
We may take photos of your yard to document our work. If we share before-and-after photos, we'll never include your address or personal information.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
